Terms of service

These terms govern access to Marketing OS and its social content planning, review, publishing and measurement features.

Service operator

Marketing OS is operated by Felix Doerp. Questions about these terms can be sent to felix@doerpmund.de.

Access

The service is currently available by invitation. Users must provide accurate information, keep workspace credentials secure and notify us if they suspect unauthorised access. Access may not be transferred without permission.

Connected accounts

Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorised to manage. The user controls the account, privacy choice, content, timing and available interaction settings for each publication. Connected providers may impose additional terms, limits and review requirements.

Content responsibility

Users remain responsible for content they supply, approve or publish. Users must have the necessary rights and must comply with applicable law, provider rules, advertising disclosures and intellectual property obligations.

Generated and assisted content

Marketing OS may use automated tools to help draft or render content. Users must review generated output before approval and apply any provider required disclosure for synthetic or altered media.

Acceptable use

Users must not use the service to:

• Access or publish through an account without permission.
• Distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content.
• Evade provider controls, rate limits, review rules or security measures.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to obtain another user's credentials.

Availability

We work to keep Marketing OS available and accurate, but integrations depend on external providers and may change or become unavailable. We may update, pause or discontinue features when required for security, compliance or reliable operation.

Termination

Users may stop using the service and disconnect their accounts at any time. We may suspend access for material violation of these terms, security risk or provider requirements. Data requests are handled under the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every provider action, generated asset or performance result will be error free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by a failure to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
